ILP Parent Group
ILP parents, if you have ever wondered how to help your student at home with his/her studies, how you can become more involved with your student's education or how to make ILP work for your family, this is the group for you. If you have more ideas or questions feel free to share them with us.
Come to the meetings each month and learn with and from other parents. Meetings will be held in room D-1 from 6-7PM on the third Tuesday of each month (see dates below).
September 20- Meet & Greet, supporting your student in ILP- preparing your student for quizzes
October 18- PASS Plan, Study Skills, College Planning, parents share best practices, events, fundraisers
November 15- Anti-Bully Presentation
January 17- Reflections on a semester and plans for success, Post high school plans, events, and fundraisers
February 21- Study and Test Taking Habits, FAFSA (college funding), The Duck Pluck, and fundraisers
March 20- STAR testing and your student, events, and fundraisers
April 17- Preparing for final exams, events, and feedback for program improvement.
May 22- Graduation Planning
