Spring 2012 ILP Application for Enrollment for 2011-2012 School Year
Individualized Learning Program Application 2011-2012
We are currently accepting applications for Spring 2011. Applications will still be accepted for spring semester through March 2nd but enrollments will be dependent on spaces available. If no spaces are available, applicants will be placed on a waitlist. Completed applications must be submitted in person by a parent or guardian of the student to the ILP office at the Natomas Charter School campus, Building C. Applicants will be notified of their orientation date and time slot. In addition to completing the 13 page application you have downloaded, please be sure you bring the "Additional Items Required" listed on the last page of the application. You are responsible for obtaining these documents and submitting them with your application.
Fall 2012 Application Process for Virtual Learning Academy
Virtual Learning Program Application
ILP is going on-line! We are excited to announce that our high quality independent study courses will be delivered through our new Virtual Learning Academy in Fall of 2012. You will be able to experience all of the individual support, teacher developed curriculum, and student interaction that ILP offers now with the added benefit of more interactive curriculum and real world assignments. If you are interested in ILP for next year, please fill out the Virtual Learning Program (VLA) application.
We will start accepting applications for Fall 2012 on January 3, 2012. The priority deadline for Fall enrollment is February 29, 2012.
Completed applications must be submitted in person by a parent or guardian of the student to the VLA office at the Natomas Charter School campus, Building C. Please do not fax your application to our office. In addition to completing the 13 page application you have downloaded, please be sure you bring the "Additional Items Required" listed on the last page of the application. You are responsible for obtaining these documents and submitting them with your application. Accepted students will be contacted with a Student/Parent Orientation date and time for the week before school starts in August.
Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
